Julie DickinsonMedications Manager
Julie is a qualified pharmacy technician who has joined Springfield from Four Seasons where she was responsible for producing and supporting standard operating procedures relating to medications across the group. Within this role she liaised with practice managers, GPs and service providers in addition to training staff to meet and exceed best practice across all areas of medication. Prior to that, Julie spent many years with the NHS as a team leader and link trainer for York NHS inpatient Pharmacy for many years.
Jenny DelicHR Transformation Lead
Jenny has successfully lead HR and recruitment teams within the health and social care sector for over 15 years. Her mission is to continue to support highly functioning teams to ensure that quality staff are recruited and retained to deliver exceptional person-centered care to residents every day. In order to achieve this, staff are offered excellent training and professional development opportunities.

We work hard to make sure that we meet the needs of every resident particularly when they require specialist diets for medical or religious reasons .. or even if they just have a particular wish or preference .. it’s often the small things that make the biggest difference.”
Ellie BillanyHead of Training and Learning
Ellie has 12 years experience of working within care home settings and has a proven track record of supporting individuals with complex mental health needs. Ellie is a qualified mental health first aider and is available at all times for staff to talk to, discuss issues and can be relied upon to signpost for further support and guidance. She is an active ambassador of the Rainbow Alliance and is a passionate advocate for LGBTQ+ rights for those in our care.
